- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 large, cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 slices Toast
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 150 grams white Sesame seeds
- salt

Preparation

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Press the avocado from the peel and cut into narrow strips. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise. Cut the crust off the bread and brush one side thinly with cream cheese and then press in sesame. Brush the other side with cream cheese, season with salt and pepper. Cover the middle with avocado strips and cut shrimp. Roll the bread and cut diagonally in half. Place upright on a plate and serve immediately.
