Squeeze the juice from the lemons. Rinse the ginger, cut into slices and cook with the lemon juice, the honey and 200 ml (almost 1 cup) of water, do not boil. Infuse for about 10 minutes and pour through a sieve. Let cool down.

Fill 4 lemonade glasses about halfway with crushed ice. Pour the juice over ice and fill with chilled mineral water to taste.
3.
Serve garnished with a slice of lemon.
