- 1 red onion
- 4 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 dried chili pepper

Preparation

Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and cut into slices.

Peel the onion and cut into strips.

Mix the cucumber and onion together in a bowl.
For the dressing, mix the vinegar, oil and honey and season with ground chile pepper and salt.
Serve the salad drizzled with the dressing.
