1 honeydew melon
1 small Radicchio
1 Zucchini (about 250 grams)
1 scoop Mozzarella
1 tsp green peppers (pickled)
3 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini, trim and slice.

Cut melon in half, remove seeds, cut off rind and cut flesh into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes.

3.

Divide radicchio leaves, rinse, trim and spin dry. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

4.

Cut mozzarella into cubes.

5.

Season lemon juice with salt, pepper and sugar and whisk in oil to make a salad dressing. Mix in pickled green peppers and adjust seasonings.

6.

Mix melon, zucchini and mozzarella with the dressing and let stand for about 1 hour.

7.

Mix radicchio with the salad, arrange on plates and serve.
