4 ozs Oat Milk (any plant drink or liquid yogurt)
1 tsp honey (or agave syrup)
1 Tbsp Walnut (chopped)
1 Tbsp Shelled pistachio (chopped)
2 ozs mixed Berry (i.e. raspberries and blueberries)

Preparation steps

Put the oats into a previously rinsed hot container with a lid.
