- 2 cups coarsely ground, yellow Cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 ½ cups plain Yogurt
- 4 Tbsps honey

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a 30cm|12" round baking tin.
2.
Put the cornmeal, salt, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder in a mixing bowl and stir to combine well.
3.
Whisk together the egg, butter, yoghurt and honey.
4.
Create a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined. The mixture will be thin.
5.
Pour into the tin and bake for 20-30 minutes until lightly golden brown. Serve immediately.
