- 4 Chicken breasts (ready to cook, each about 150 grams)

- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps black, pitted Olives
- 1 tsp freshly chopped thyme
- 1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp freshly chopped Basil
- ½ tsp Lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp chopped Pine nuts
- 2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
- 600 grams Red Plum
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Rinse meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sear meat until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and place on an oiled baking sheet.
