- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 sprigs thyme

- 1 large Cucumber
- 6 hardboiled eggs
Preparation

Peel garlic and chop finely. Pluck the leaves from the herbs and finely chop.

Mix everything with the quark and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a glass jar.
