- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 42 ozs clam (cleaned)
- ½ cup white wine
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps chopped Basil
- 2 Tbsps chopped Chervil

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the butter and oil i a large pan and gently cook the shallot and garlic until soft but not brown.
2.
Add the clams and the wine, cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the clams have opened.
3.
Stir in the herbs, discard any clams that remain closed and serve immediately.
