- 250 grams butter
- 100 grams Hazelnuts
- ½ lemon
- 2 Tbsps white wine
- salt
- freshly ground white peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Chop hazelnuts. In a warm bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Squeeze juice from lemon. Mix hazelnuts, lemon juice and white wine with butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Place butter on a piece of plastic wrap and form into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into slices before serving.
