Preparation steps

1.

Soak the bread in a bowl of water. Peel and finely chop the onion.

2.

Squeeze the bread and transfer to a bowl with the ground meat,  onion, parsley and egg, season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and saute the patties until golden brown on each side.

3.

Halve the hamburger buns, top the bottom halves with lettuce, pickleses and tomato, place the burgers on top and close the sandwiches
