- 3 cups mixed salad (e. g. loose-leaf lettuce, butterhead lettuce, Batavia, radicchio)
- 1 onion
- 1 cup Parma ham (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp medium-hot Mustard
- 3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps vegetable stock
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- ½ cup Parmesan (a piece)
- Daisy (to serve)

Preparation steps
1.
Wash and sort the salad leaves, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel and thinly slice or dice the onion. Cut the ham into strips 3-5 cm wide.

Put the mustard, vinegar, stock, honey and olive oil into a salad dressing shaker and shake well. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Mix the salad leaves with the onion and divide between 4 dishes. Add a little ham to each dish and sprinkle with salad dressing. Shave Parmesan over the salad and serve scattered with daisies.
