1 ripe Melon (muskmelon)
8 slices air-dried ham
220 grams black Olives (pitted)
150 grams Goat cheese
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Cut melon in half, scoop out seeds with a spoon and cut into wedges.

2.

Coarsely chop olives. With a fork, mash cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix in olives.

3.

Lay ham slices on a work surface. Spread each slice with cheese and olive mixture.

4.

Roll up ham slices into rolls and serve with melon wedges.
