1 tsp Cream cheese (13% fat) (with herbs)
½ slice cooked ham (about 15 grams)
½ slice mild Cheese (eg, Butter cheese)

1 Citrus juicer, 1 Cutting board, 1 Apple corer, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon

Preparation steps

Rinse, dry and core the apple.

Cut apple and the lemon in half. Squeeze lemon juice on the cut apple surfaces to prevent browning.

Coat the bread coat on one side with half of the cream cheese and place the ham on top.
