- 250 grams frozen Yeast dough (thawed)
- butter (for the baking pan)
- 400 grams Ground meat
- ½ bunch thyme
- salt
- freshly ground white peppers
- 1 Garlic salt
- 2 peeled onions
- 4 tart Apple
- 2 Beefsteak tomato
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams grated Cheese (Emmentaler)
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Butter a 9 or 10-inch round cake pan. Roll the dough to the same size as the pan and fit it into the pan.
2.
Peel, core and thinly slice the apples. Peel the onions and thinly slice. Blanch the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water for 10 seconds, drain, peel and thinly slice.
3.
In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, spices and herbs and spread on the dough. Top with the apple slices, tomatoes and the onions, and season with salt and pepper.
4.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cheese and the cream and spread over the pizza.
5.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (approximately 400°F). Bake the pizza until golden brown.
