- 2 shallots
- 600 grams Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp sweet ground paprika
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs (as needed)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- olive oil (for brushing)
Preparation

Peel the garlic and the shallot and finely chop. Mix the ground beef with the garlic, the shallot, paprika and egg. Add breadcrumbs if needed to make the mixture easy to work with. Season with salt and pepper.

Shape the mixture into 8-12 small rolls and thread lengthwise onto metal skewers. Brush with oil and grill on a hot grill on all sides for 8-10 minutes.

Serve with coleslaw and vegetables, if desired.
