500 grams shrimp (frozen, shelled)
1 Zucchini
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt
freshly ground white peppers
1 lemon
Wooden skewer
vegetable oil (for the grill)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic, press through a garlic press and mix with the olive oil.

Thaw shrimp. With a small sharp knife, slit shrimp backs and devein. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Rinse, trim and cut zucchini crosswise into thin slices.

Thread shrimp and zucchini alternately onto wooden skewers. Brush skewers with garlic-oil and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Brush grill with vegetable oil. Place skewers over medium heat and grill, repeatedly brushing with garlic-oil, about 5 minutes per side.

5.

Serve skewers with lemon wedges.
