Grilled Tuna with Potatoes and Arugula

2 slices fresh Tuna (about 200 grams each)
salt
freshly ground peppers
lemon juice
300 grams small Boiled potato
2 onions
2 Tbsps butter
1 small Arugula

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the grill or broiler. 

2.

Halve potatoes. Peel onions, cut into strips and sauté in hot, melted butter until softened. Add potatoes, cook until warmed through and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse, trim and shake arugula dry.

4.

Place tuna on an oiled grill and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

5.

Divide potatoes and onions among plates and top with a few leaves of arugula and tuna steaks.
