- 1 shallot
- 2 Tbsps White bread crumbs
- 100 grams Cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsps grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

Rinse the tomatoes and cut a lid from each. Scoop out the center carefully.
Peel and finely chop the shallot.

Mix the shallot with the breadcrumbs, the cottage cheese, the Parmesan and the basil and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into the tomato and cook for about 10 minutes on the grill.
Serve immediately.
