These fruit skewers are a perfect light dessert at the end of a barbecue.

- 24 large, ripe Strawberries
- 8 rosemary
- 3 Tbsps liquid honey
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 5 ozs Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Heat up the grill.

Rinse and core strawberries. Rinse rosemary, shake dry, strip off leaves and use remaining branches to skewer strawberries.
3.
Combine honey and lemon juice. Drizzle over strawberries and grill skewers for about 5 minutes, turning often. Baste with honey mixture. Whip cream and powdered sugar until stiff. Remove strawberries from the grill, garnish with lemon zest and serve with whipped cream.
