- 4 Steak (ready to cook, ceach about 200-250 grams)
- 1 Red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
- ½ tsp honey
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ¼ tsp crushed Red pepper flakes
Preparation

The grill heat up.

Rinse meat and pat dry. Peel onion, halve and cut into strips.

Peel and finely chop garlic, mix with rosemary, honey and oil, season with salt, pepper and red pepper. Coat meat with the mixture. Place on a hot grill and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Place onion strips on top of meat and grill together.
4.
If desired, serve with grilled pineapple.
