Preparation steps

1.

Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Peel garlic cloves, grind two cloves with salt in a mortar finely. Whisk with oil, curry powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper and a splash of lime juice well. Coat shrimp with the mixture and marinate, covered, for about 30 minutes.

2.

Halve avocado, pit and cut pulp into cubes. Puree with remaining garlic clove and season with salt, pepper and lime juice.

3.

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into pieces. Thread pepper pieces, alternating with shrimp, on wooden skewers and grill on a hot grill for about 8 minutes, turning.

4.

Serve skewers with avocado dip.
