- For the scallops
- 12 Scallop (prepared with muscle and seashell from fishmongers)
- 2 garlic cloves
- For the marinade
- ½ lemon (squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp Vermouth
- 100 milliliters best olive oil
- ¼ bunch parsley (chopped)
- salt
- peppers (white)

Preparation steps
1.
For the scallops: Cut garlic in half and rub well washed shells with it. Lay one scallop into each shell.
2.
For the marinade: Mix all marinade ingredients together and spread over the scallops.
3.
Allow scallops to sit in marinade for 5 minutes. Then put on good preheated charcoal and cook for 5-8 minutes.
4.
Serve with the shells on plates and serve with salad and white bread as desired.
