- 4 Tomatoes
- 4 Corn cooked (vacuum packed)
- 4 coiled sausages
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil (plus more fro the grill grates)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 60 grams butter
Preparation
1.
Heat the grill and lightly oil the grates. Rinse and core the tomatoes and cut crosswise. Pat the corn dry. Brush the tomatoes and sausage rings and corn with oil and place on the hot grill. Season the corn and tomatoes with salt and pepper and grill, turning regularly for about 10 minutes.

Peel the garlic and squeeze through a garlic press into a bowl. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck and finely chop. Add the butter and herbs to the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Remove the skin of the tomato, and place a dollop of butter on each halve. Serve the tomatoes, sausages and corn together with the herbed butter.
