- 3 sprigs parsley
- 9 ozs Oyster mushrooms (about 8)
- 2 tsps Canola oil
- salt
- coarsely ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp Walnut oil
Preparation

Chop the walnuts. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely.

Clean oyster mushrooms and cut off the stems.
3.
Grease an aluminum pan with canola oil. Place oyster mushrooms in pan and place on the hot grill. Coook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
4.
Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with walnut oil, sprinkle with parsley and walnuts and serve.
