- 1 can Kidney beans small can (125 grams)
- 2 small onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams Feta
- 12 Sage
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- Aluminum foil (extra strong)
Preparation
1.
Rinse beans in a sieve and drain. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Rinse cherry tomatoes and halve.

Cut feta cheese into 4 portions and place each portion on an appropriately sized piece of aluminum foil. Arrange onions, garlic, tomatoes and sage leaves on feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper. Tightly close aluminum foil.
3.
Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet and cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for 10-15 minutes. Serve in aluminum foil.
