Grilled Fennel with Dip

- For the dip
- 250 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- ½ bunch thyme
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- For the fennel
- 2 small Fennel
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped rosemary
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 lemon (juice)
Preparation

Rinse thyme, shake dry and chop coarsely. Puree with creme fraiche, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Roast pine nuts in a dry pan until golden, then sprinkle over the herb dip and serve with the grilled fennel.

Rinse fennel, pat dry and halve or quarter depending on size.

Place fennel in a medium-hot grill for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with lemon juice, rosemary and a drizzle of oil.
