- 16 Chicken wing
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 20 grams ginger
- ½ tsp allspice
- ½ tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation

Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Peel and finely chop garlic. Rinse and halve chiles, remove seeds and ribs, and finely chop. Peel and finely grate ginger. Grind allspice, coriander seeds and peppercorns in a mortar and pestle.

Mix together spices, garlic, ginger, chiles, lime juice, honey and olive oil. Rub mixture onto chicken wings.

Cover and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Then season with salt and place wings on a hot grill, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes. Serve with a salad and dip, as desired.
