- 600 grams Beef (such as round stteak)
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 generous pinch ground ginger
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Bell pepper (orange, yellow and green)
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Red onions
- salt
Preparation

Rinse the meat, pat dry and chop into bite-size pieces. Mix in a bowl with the soy sauce, the ginger and the oil, season with pepper, cover and chill approximately 1 hour.

Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into pieces. Rinse the tomatoes. Peel the onions and chop coarsely.

Thread the meat alternately with the vegetables onto 8-12 wooden skewers, season with salt and cook on the hot grill, turning as needed for 8-10 minutes.
