Grilled Bananas Stuffed with Milk Chocolate

- 4 ripe Banana
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 3 ½ ozs Milk chocolate
- vegetable oil (for the grill)
Heat grill.
Remove one strip of peel from each banana. Slit exposed part of bananas lengthwise. Sprinkle banana with a little lemon juice. Break chocolate bar into pieces and insert in bananas. Oil grill. Grill bananas over medium heat, skin-side down, until chocolate melts. Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream, if desired.
