50 grams softened butter
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
1 Tbsp thyme
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the butter with the herbs. Peel the garlic, finely chop, then crush into a paste with a little salt. Add the garlic mixture to the herb butter and mix well. Season the butter to taste with salt.

Halve the baguette, then cut into slices. Spread the herb butter, then wrap both halves of the baguette in aluminum foil. Cook on the grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
