Preparation steps
1.
Wash, quarter and core the apples and cut into wedges. Sprinkle with lemon juice and grill on all sides for 5-6 minutes.
2.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the butter and briefly saute the onion, then add the bacon and fry until golden brown.
3.
Put the apples on plates, sprinkle with honey, add the bacon and onion and serve scattered with crumbled cheese.
