1 shallot
1 garlic clove
1 Lettuce
80 grams Walnut
½ tsp Savory
4 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp Walnut oil
3 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beans, cut in half and cook in boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.

2.

Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters and core, chop.

Peel shallot and garlic and chop finely.

4.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce, cut into strips.

5.

Combine vinegar with oil. Toss vegetables wtih dressing, add coarsely chopped walnuts. Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Arrange in bowls and serve.
