1 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsps Nut oil (e. g. walnut)
6 carrots (coarsely grated)
2 tart Apple (coarsely grated)
Basil (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, honey and oil and season with a little salt. Mix through the carrots and apple and marinate for around 10 minutes.
