- 2 Tbsps Agave syrup
- 125 grams grainy Cottage cheese
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the grapefruit in half, detach the pulp from the skin, chop and mix with the beaten juice, cottage cheese and agave syrup.
2.
Transfer back into the grapefruit halves and serve garnished with mint.
