- 3 Plum
- Banana
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 4 Tbsps Granola
- 100 milliliters Kefir
- 1 tsp Sunflower seed
Preparation

Rinse and quarter the apple. Remove the seeds and thinly slice. Rinse the plums, cut in half, and remove the stones. Peel and slice the banana. Mix the lemon juice with the maple syrup, then mix with the prepared fruit.

Mix the granola with the fruit mixture and the kefir. Garnish with sunflower seeds and serve.
