- 300 grams Sour cream
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 60 grams powdered sugar
- juice of Limes
Preparation

Slit vanilla pod bean lengthwise, scrape out seeds. Combine sour cream, vanilla seeds, powdered sugar and lime juice .

Spread in a thin layer in a large shallow metal dish and freeze. Place small serving glasses into freezer as well. When granita is freezed, place scoops of it in the glasses and serve.
