Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pit apricots, cut into small pieces and combine with 20 grams (approximately 3/5 ounces) of sugar. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. 

2.

Rinse figs and cut into small pieces. Combine with cinnamon and lemon juice. Combine remaining sugar with 6 tablespoons of water and bring to a boil, pour over figs.

3.

Puree figs and apricot together in a blender. Cool completely and freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes for the first 1.5 hours. Thaw slightly before serving and garnish with fresh figs. Serve.
