- 4 Multi-grain roll (each 60 grams)
- 8 thin slices Gouda light (about 150 grams)
- 50 grams Arugula
- 1 chili pepper
- 4 tsps Margarine
Preparation

Rinse the arugula and spin dry. Rinse the chile and cut into thin rings.

Cut the rolls in half and spread the bottoms with the margarine. Fold 2 slices of cheese into a triangle and place each triangle on a roll. Divide the arugula and chile rings, place on the cheese and put the tops of the rolls on.
