2 scallions (cut into rings)
1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
1 cup Walnut (coarsely chopped)
cup dry white wine
cup vegetable stock
3 ½ ounces Gorgonzola
cup cream

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the butter, add the spring onions, garlic and walnuts and sauté briefly.
2.
Deglaze the pan with the wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the stock and bring to the boil.
3.
Reduce the heat, add the Gorgonzola and cream and stir until it reaches a creamy consistency.
4.
Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper and serve with ravioli, if desired.
