400 grams Gnocchetti
3 pairs Veal sausage
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 sprigs Dill
1 tsp dried italian Fresh herbs
½ yellow paprika
½ green paprika
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 can Diced tomatoes
5 Tbsps Tomato paste
150 milliliters Vegetable broth
salt

2 Tbsps Ketchup
shaved Parmesan

Preparation
1.

Cook the gnocchetti according to package directions until al dente. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Rinse the peppers, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds and white ribs and cut into small cubes.

Slice the sausages. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and saute the sausages until golden brown. Add the remaining oil to the pan along with the onion, garlic and diced peppers and saute until the onion is translucent. Pour in the broth, boil down slightly, stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste and the ketchup.

Chop the herbs finely and stir into the pan. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce, arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
