- 1 garlic clove
- 4 centimeters ginger
- 2 Oranges
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 White vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse scallions and ginger. Peel ginger and julienne both. Peel garlic and chop fine.
2.
Squeeze juice from oranges and mix juice with cornstarch. Boil ginger, scallions and garlic with the orange juice. Season with salt, vinegar and sugar.
