- 2 centimeters ginger
- ½ tsp mint (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Banana (250 grams pulp)
- 130 grams jam sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Peel ginger, cut into slices and chop finely. Peel banana, coarsely chop. Combine banana, ginger and mint in a large mixing bowl.
2.
Add jam sugar and puree with a hand blender. Pour into prepared preserving jars and seal well. Store in refrigerator.
