- 400 grams
- 150 grams cooked ham
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ⅛ Broth
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- salt
- mixed color peppers
- 1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

Bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Cook the gemelli pasta until al dente.

Peel and chop the onion and dice the ham into cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden. Add diced ham and pour in the broth. Bring to a simmer, then remove the pan from heat and add the cream and creme fraiche. Stir well and briefly reheat. Season sauce with salt and freshly ground pepper.
3.
Toss drained pasta with with the sauce, season to taste and serve sprinkled with chopped chives.
