6 Tbsps olive oil
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
100 grams black olives
1 bunch Arugula

Preparation steps

1.

Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.

Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a large, deep frying pan and sautée onions and garlic until soft. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Add to the pan and sautée briefly. Add the black olives. Season with salt and plenty of pepper.

3.

Rinse arugula and spin dry. Drain the spaghetti. Add the spaghetti to the pan and mix. Serve the spaghetti sprinkled with the arugula.
