- 700 grams Red cabbage (small head)
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 sour Apple
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Apple juice
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the cabbage into quarters, remove the stalk and finely slice. Season with salt and mix well. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes and mix well again.
Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core and plane into thin slices.
For the marinade, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, apple juice and oil and season with pepper.
Mix the cabbage and apple with the marinade.

Arrange on plates and serve showered with sesame seeds.
