Preparation steps

1.

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and dice small. Rinse the apricots, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes.

2.

Cook the fruit in a small pot with apple juice and lemon juice for 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool. Coarsely chop the nuts.

3.

Mix the yogurt with quark, fill in bowls and put the fruit on top. To serve, garnish with walnuts and drizzle with honey.
