1 Apple (250 grams)
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
2 Tbsps Calvados
50 grams slivered almonds
1 tsp butter
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Roast almonds in a nonstick frying pan until golden yellow, remove and allow to cool. Rinse, trim and quarter strawberries. Peel apples, quarter, remove core and cut into pieces. Cook in butter, sprinkle with the sugar and continue to cook until sugar is melted.

Sprinkle with Calvados and use fire to flambe the apples. Remove from heat and let cool. Season with lemon juice. Stir in the strawberries and serve the fruit salad in a glass. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
