- 2 Star fruit
- 2 Mandarin orange
- 3 slices Pineapple
- 125 grams Blueberries
- ½ Papaya
- 150 grams Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- juice of 1/2 Organic orange
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 50 grams Whipped cream
Preparation
1.
Rinse and slice star fruit.
2.
Peel mandarin oranges and divide into sections.
3.
Cut pineapple slices into small pieces.
4.
Rinse blueberries, remove stems and pat dry.
5.
Peel papaya, remove the core and dice.
6.
Rinse and trim strawberries, cut in half.
7.
Mix all the fruit pieces together.
8.
Mix honey and orange and lemon juices and toss with the fruit salad. Serve in small bowls, topped with a dollop of lightly whipped cream.
