3 Tbsps honey
4 Tbsps Sake
1 pink Grapefruit
4 Kiwi
3 Star fruit
2 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Bring 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) water to a simmer in a pot. Add jasmine tea, honey and sake and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Peel kiwis and cut into slices.

Cut star fruits into slices.

4.

Peel grapefruit, removing white pith. Cut out segments from separating membranes, collecting the juice. Squeeze membranes to extract remaining juice. 

5.

Mix prepared fruits with grapefruit juice. Pour the tea syrup through a sieve over the fruits and allow to marinate briefly.

6.

Arrange in bowls and serve sprinkled with almonds.
